 We use Psychometric Assessments to Quantify Human Behaviours

We have integrated the below assessments into many of our programmes:



Examines the behaviours individuals bring to the job and the universal language of "how we act", or our observable human behaviour.

These reports are used to:

  • Measure an individual's Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance
  • Assess natural and adapted behaviours depending on external influence such as life events
  • Key insight into a person's ideal environment and what they can bring to the team


Helps illuminate and amplify a person's motivating factors. This solution also builds on the strengths that each person brings to the work environment by address the 'Why?'

These reports are used to:

  • Examine six key areas to show why an individual performs in a particular way
  • Identify a person's or team's "Driving Forces" - What motivates your team? Is it passion? Money? 


Designed to help individuals truly understand themselves by explaining how they analyse and interpret their experiences. 

These reports are used to:

  • Measure a person using the three 'dimensions of thought' - Instrinsic, Extrinsic and Systemic
  • Improve an individual's self-awareness and provide tools for understanding and adapting their analysis and interpretation


Assists individuals in managing and developing their career by understanding the competencies they have already developed and by identifying those that may need further development.

These reports are used to:

  • Grade an individual on 23 personal skills as either 'Well Developed', 'Developed', 'Moderately Developed' or 'Needs Development'
  • Highlight skills that are most in need of development for the successful journey of an individual in their person and professional life
Emotional Quotient

Emotional Quotient ™

Also referred to as 'EQ', the Emotional Quotient looks at a person's emotional intelligence, which is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power of acumen of emotions to facilitate higher levels of collaboration and productivity:

This report is used to: 

  • Measure an individuals interpersonal intelligence (Empathy and Social Skills) and intrapersonal intelligence (Self-awareness, Self-regulation and Motivation)
  • Highlight development areas for leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams

Knowing why we behave in certain situations and what drives us to do so is incredibly valuable information that can help a person or business looking to improve their current situation. All of our Associates have completed their own psychometric assessments.

We have used psychometric assessments for the following:

  • Re-align dysfunctional teams by identifying their behavioural styles and preferred communication preferences.
  • 1-2-1 Coaching with Directors and Senior Leaders to improve their leadership skills. 
  • Identify the development areas for teams in customer facing environments for improved sales figures and customer experience. 
  • Help companies identify the right candidate for a particular role. 

Analyse the Data and Provide the Tools

After an initial conversation around current position and the ideal end result, we will recommend specific psychometric assessments to reveal hidden qualities and developmental areas.

Once an assessment has been completed, we analyse the "People Data" for trends and discrepancies which can be done on an individual and companywide spectrum.

From this, we design and deliver specific tools to empower that person or team to become - in their eyes or as a business - the best version of themselves.
