IMI Sales and Service Competency Assessments

Working in partnership with ABG Group UK we assisted a four-month assessment of Sales and Service Colleagues against a behavioural framework provided by the Institute of the Motor Industry. We assessed 400+ colleagues against the IMI frameworks (in Audi, VW, Skoda, and Seat) with an 89% pass rate across sales and service.
