Our aim is to future proof content so that clients can continue to use the programme without serious revisions. 04 ## Implementation We roll out a phased delivery of content to learner groups with ongoing review. Learner feedback is collected every session and collated for reporting to stakeholders using agreed timescales and format. 05 ## Support ### A trusted partner for you and your business Each learning and development programme is assigned an Account Manager and a Lead Facilitator from Penguin Learning to provide ongoing support and a point of contact for any additional design or amendments. This is reflected in how we work with our clients - we take the time to understand each context, we design training that fits with the business aims and we give space for review before the full programme begins. Our facilitators deliver leadership development training sessions through online webinars, classroom delivery and conferences - adapting their delivery style to the needs of learners. We make our sessions collaborative and engaging, allowing participants to explore how they can overcome challenges in real working life. Before training, we give learners tools to help them begin engaging with the process. After the leadership development training, we also use tools that support them to embed the content and continue their learning.
