Account Manager Development Programme using DISC

We delivered a 3-month behavioural development programme involving 1-2-1 sessions with our experienced coaches and Immucor's Account Management team. The main focus of this programme was for learners to be able to identify behaviours and adapt their communication to different buyer types and customer personas for better, more productive conversations leading to increase in conversions.

ExCo Programme using DISC

Working with ExCo function to iron out behavioural challenges with a team that was transitioning from forming and storming. The session allowed leaders to recognise the positive intent of each behavioural style and recognise communication challenges.
